The service interval indicator reminds you of the importance of maintaining your vehicle, particularly carrying out the engine oil change. Depending on your engine type and the oil used, the oil change interval can be 15,000 / 20,000 / 30,000 km... This interval is pre-set by the manufacturer.

How to reset service light ?
It’s very easy with the EOBD-Facile software– just follow these steps :
- Connect to your Klavkarr scanner
- Select the vehicle brand: "Peugeot" or "Citroën"
- Choose your vehicle model: 3008, 207, C4, DS3, etc.
- In the ECU selection screen, choose "Maintenance Interval ECU"
- Go to the "Maintenance/Oil service" tab
- Click "Run" next to "Reset Maintenance Interval"
- Confirm by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window
- Chat’s it! You’ve successfully cleared the service light and reset the service countdown.

Manually clearing the service light
On Peugeot, Citroën and DS models, you can also manually clear the service light and reset the service counter. The method is simple and can be found in your vehicle’s owner’s manual.
Most of the time, you just need to perform an action using the stalk or the trip reset button to turn off the warning light.

Resetting the service light using the trip meter reset button

- Switch off the ignition.
- Press and hold the trip meter reset button.
- Switch on the ignition; the odometer display will start a countdown.
- When the display shows "0", release the button. The service light will turn off.

- Switch off the ignition.
- Press and hold the button at the end of the lighting or wiper stalk (depending on model).
- Switch on the ignition; a countdown will appear on the display.
